AW93001X_EVB_V1.3是太阳成集团tyc4633低功耗单通道容式触摸芯片的演示板。 AW93001X_EVB_V1.3支持AW93001STR/DNR/GDNR/BSTR/CSTR/DSTR/BDNR/HDNR/LDNR/MDNR/CDNR/DDNR/EDNR/FDNR 14种单键芯片，支持DFN2X2-6L、SOT23-6L、DFN1510-6L、DFN1x1-4L共4种封装。芯片的供电电压为2.4V~5.5V。触控按键功能可以通过板上的指示灯状态进行演示。
