1. The AW12033TQNR is a three-pole, three-throw(3P3T) CMOS SOI switch with low insertion loss, high Isolation ａｎｄ high power handling capability. It is suitable for multi-mode LTE ａｎｄ 5G NR triple antenna applications.
2. The AW12033TQNR is perfectly compatible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 control interface operating ｉｎ 1.65 to 1.95V voltage range. It is provided ｉｎ a compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm x 0.55mm size, 16-pin WBQFN package.
